What is DPC?
Direct Primary Care (DPC) is an innovative, up-and-coming healthcare delivery model for primary care. It is a non-insurance-based model that offers patients personalized concierge-level care at an affordable, transparent monthly price. DPC doctors manage a smaller patient panel and can therefore spend quality time with their patients, leading to better patient outcomes and satisfaction. DPC meets 80-90% of healthcare needs, but it is recommend to have insurance for complex specialty care and catastrophic events. Coupling DPC with a high deductible insurance plans or Healthshare saves on average 20% to 30% on healthcare costs.
Meet the Doctors
Florencia Goluboff, MD
I am a Board-Certified Family Medicine Physician in South Florida. I was raised in Buenos Aires, Argentina and my family moved to the USA when I was 15 years old. I have two beautiful daughters Francesca and Faustina, with my husband, Juan, and can’t forget our fur baby, Pippa. I am passionate about preventative medicine. I help patients look for the root cause of their symptoms rather than prescribing a band aid. Direct Primary Care gives me the time I want to dedicate to my patients’ wellbeing and to build long lasting relationships. I love spending my free time connecting with nature. Gardening and meditation bring me peace. I enjoy exploring parks and forests outdoors, and I'm also passionate about traveling and discovering new places and cultures.
