Originally from Buenos Aires, I moved to the U.S. at 15, which shaped my diverse perspective on health. As a mom to three girls—Francesca, Faustina, and baby Magnolia—and our dog Pippa, I understand the importance of balancing family and self-care. I’m passionate about nutrition and believe food is medicine. I’m also deeply committed to supporting women through hormonal changes—perimenopause, menopause, and postpartum. My approach focuses on the foundations of health: real food, movement, mindfulness, and preventing illness by addressing root causes—not just symptoms. Direct primary care allows me to build deeper, more personalized relationships with patients. Outside of work, I recharge through gardening, meditation, and exploring nature. I gain inspiration through travel and the discovery of new places and cultures.

I grew up in Gulfport, Florida, raised by a single mother with my two brothers. I’m a proud first-generation college graduate. I’ve experienced firsthand how impersonal and broken healthcare can be—especially after losing my mother to largely preventable cancer. Her loss inspired me to become a doctor who truly sees and serves the whole person. In medical school, I fell in love with comprehensive care and became a general practitioner to support the patient at every life stage. I also earned a healthcare MBA to help fix our system and as a result co-founded Awaken Health, a direct primary care clinic focused on accessible, whole-person wellness. During medical school, I married my husband Jon and became a mom to two beautiful daughters, Ellie and Emma. Being a mother shapes how I practice—with empathy, presence, and heart. After healing from my own experience with depression, I know true wellness is physical, emotional, spiritual, and energetic. That’s the lens I bring to every patient I serve.
